DESCON has completed consultancy service in 2014 for Special facility fund under the management of Norway and ministry of finance in Hiiraan Region

As part of the infrastructure improvements for Somalia stabilization project :
DESCON Provided engineering services in Hiiran region for SFF /Ministry of Finance

Project comprises of the following sub projects:

• Governor’s Offices (two story building )
• District Commissioner offices (5 Offices)
• Elders Hall (6x10)
• Meeting Hall (30x30)
• Bundaweyn Fruit /Vegetables Market
• Court Room (Civil Court) (15x9)
• Toilets (10x4)
• Kitchen (5x6) 
• Darwiish Market
• Howlwadaag Meat Market

THE DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK WAS AS FOLLOWS:

• Technical site assessments of existing structures (verify structural integrity,
  functionality of space, accuracy of existing design drawings, etc.)
• Technical site assessment for new construction (site topography, geotechnical survey, legal status, functionality of space, etc.)
• Preparation of concept design
• Full set of detailed architectural drawings
• Full set of detailed structural drawings
  Full set of service drawings (plumbing, drainage, rainwater
  harvesting, and electrical drawings)
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Preparation of Engineering Estimates
• Technical specifications
